Tiny Tots
Ages 18-36 months
The MIDC Tiny Tots program offers two levels for our youngest dancers, aged 18-24 months (Level 1) and 25-36 months (Level 2). Experience a Parent/Guardian & Me format within a fun and relaxed environment, fostering exploration of movement, musicality, social skills, and fundamental feet and arm positions.
Minis
Ages 3-5
Capture the magic of dance with our "Minis" classes, tailored for budding dancers aged 3 to 6. From the adorable Mini A at 3 years old to the dynamic Mini C+ (with program approval) for 5-6 year-olds, each class provides an enchanting experience filled with fun, creativity, and lasting memories – and yes, we have pictures to capture every precious moment!
Petite
Grades 1-3
In our "Petite" classes, young talents in grades 1-3 explore a diverse range of styles including Hip Hop, Ballet, Jazz Technique, Acro, Improv, Tap, and more. Our dynamic program nurtures creativity and skill, providing a vibrant space for your child to blossom into a well-rounded dancer.
Junior
Grades 4-6
Our Junior classes are tailored for grades 4-6 and offer a comprehensive curriculum featuring Hip Hop, Ballet, pre-pointe, Jazz Technique, Acro levels 1, 2, and 3, Improv, Tap, and more. Fusing technique and creativity, our program provides a supportive environment for young dancers to refine their skills and express themselves across a spectrum of dance styles.
Teen
Grades 7-9
Our Teen classes, designed for grades 7-9, are where students explore an array of styles including Hip Hop, Ballet, Pre-pointe, Pointe, Jazz Technique Advanced, Lyrical, Contemporary, Acro levels 1, 2, and 3, Improv, Tap, and more. Tailored for the teenage dancer, our program fosters technical excellence and artistic expression, creating a vibrant space for growth and self-discovery.
Senior
Grades 10-12
Elevate your dance journey with our Senior classes, crafted for grades 10-12, offering an extensive repertoire of styles including Hip Hop, Ballet, Pre-pointe, Pointe, Jazz Technique Advanced, Lyrical, Contemporary, Acro levels 1, 2, and 3, Improv, Tap, and more. Tailored to the advanced dancer, our program combines technical precision and artistic expression, providing a platform for seniors to refine their skills and shine in the spotlight.
Pure Joy
Mini (Ages 3-5); Petite (Grades 1-3); Junior (Grades 4-6); Teen (Grades 7-9); Senior (Grades 10-12)
Embark on the Pure Joy Program, an exclusive dance experience for Dancers with Disabilities, featuring small class sizes dedicated to building strength, muscle control, and fundamental technique in a low-stress environment that values each child as an individual. Delve into movement, musicality, and social skills while nurturing spatial awareness and relationships. Our commitment includes providing accommodations for a comfortable dancing experience, with aspirations to expand offerings and resources for dancers with disabilities, aiming for non-profit status and ensuring dance is a home for everyone.
